Acceptance of Terms
By booking a private chef experience with us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & Payments
A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due on or before the day of your event unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your event may be subject to a cancellation fee. We’re happy to help reschedule when possible.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for providing a safe, accessible space for the chef to prepare and serve the meal, including basic kitchen access.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Liability
We are not liable for damages beyond the cost of the service in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
