1. Who we are

Five for All Mankind Corp. (“Big5”, “we”, “us”), the parent company of Big5 House of Sisig, operates Big5 House of Sisig, including:

• Big5 House of Sisig Quezon City – 27B Tomas Morato Ext., Eugenio Lopez Jr. Drive, South Triangle, Quezon City.

• Big5 Makati (delivery) – Unit 1G, Pride Rock Building, 2003 Edison Street, San Isidro, Makati; big5delivery.com.

This policy covers both. We are the personal information controller for the information described in this policy. We handle your personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

2. What we collect

• Contact details – your name, email address and mobile number. Your mobile number is used only for reservations and to contact you about your visit or order; we do not send marketing texts.

• Feedback – your answers and comments on our feedback/evaluation forms.

• Reservation and inquiry messages – what you send us through Facebook Messenger or similar channels to book a table or ask a question.

• Basic email engagement – whether our emails were opened and which links were clicked.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are handled by our point-of-sale system and payment providers under their own terms.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

Purpose — Legal basis

Sending you offers, promotions and our newsletter — Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Responding to reservations and inquiries — Your request, and steps needed to serve you.

Improving our menu and service using feedback — Your consent when you submit feedback, and our legitimate interest in improving our service.

We only use your information for these purposes. If we want to use it for something new, we will tell you first and, where required, ask for your consent.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run these activities, such as:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for lead ads and Messenger.

• Mailchimp (email service provider), to send our emails.

• Google Workspace for storing and managing records.

These providers process data on our instructions and under agreements or terms that require them to protect it. Some may store data outside the Philippines; where they do, we rely on their contractual safeguards. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or a lawful order.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your contact details until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe, or for a maximum of 2 years of inactivity (no visits, replies or email engagement), whichever comes first. After that, we delete or anonymise it. Reservation messages and feedback are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

6. How we protect it

We apply reasonable organisational, physical and technical security measures, including:

• Limiting access to staff who need it, and training them on confidentiality.

• Keeping any paper sign-up sheets and forms in a secured area, and disposing of them securely.

• Using password-protected accounts with two-step verification where available, and reputable cloud services.

No system is completely secure, but if a personal data breach occurs that is likely to harm you, we will act in line with NPC rules, including notifying the NPC and affected persons where required.

7. Your rights

Under RA 10173, you have the right to:

• Be informed about how your personal data is processed.

• Access your personal data.

• Object to processing, including direct marketing.

• Erasure or blocking of your data.

• Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Data portability – a copy of your data in a commonly used electronic format.

• Damages for harm caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or unauthorised use of your data.

• File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (www.privacy.gov.ph).

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in Section 9. We may need to verify your identity first.

8. How to opt out

You can stop receiving offers at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any of our emails.

• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

• Messaging us on Facebook Messenger or emailing our Data Protection Officer.
